I'm a UK-based postdoctoral researcher-cum-cook. Living off a PhD studentship, I’ve had to learn how to be creative to avoid overdosing on the pot noodle diet that is well-known to many students. Over the years, I’ve become a fan of slow food. Through this site I hope to share some of my go-to recipes, food experiments, travel eats, and of course, some of my favourite research!
